Biography
A licensed attorney since 1997, Jim is a 1990 graduate of SUNY Stony Brook and a 1996 graduate of Widener Law School.
Jim joined Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti in January 2023, following 25 consecutive years at his previous firm, where he dedicated his practice to representing injured workers in workers’ compensation cases.
With nearly 30 years of experience assisting injured workers with their claims, Jim has extensive knowledge of all phases of workers’ compensation, from inception through settlement. He is committed to obtaining the best possible results for his clients.
