Brian Rosen

Brian Rosen is a Partner at Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti with over a decade of experience representing injured workers throughout New York in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation Law. Throughout his career, Brian has guided clients through every stage of the claims process, from establishing claims and securing medical treatment to litigating disputed issues, negotiating settlements, and handling appeals.
