Brandon Clark

Brandon Clark has been actively practicing law in the metropolitan New York City area since 2004 and solely practicing in the representation of injured workers since 2010. Having previously practiced in the area of personal injury, medical malpractice, and general liability, Brandon is intimately familiar with the complex relationship between Workers’ Compensation claims and third party actions. To this end, Brandon has handled appeals to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York and has lectured before the New York State Trial Lawyers’ Association on the legal interplay between Workers’ Compensation claims and third party personal injury actions. It was with great pride that Brandon spearheaded the inaugural Albany Lobby Day which has since become a tradition of the Workers’ Compensation Alliance, a non-for-profit organization dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured workers in New York. Having successfully represented the interests of injured workers at other law firms previously, Brandon proudly began his association with Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti, LLP in January, 2019. He looks forward sharing his vast experience and zealous representation of injured workers with the clients of Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti, LLP.
