Mr. Rosen has been representing injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board since 2015. Mr. Rosen has experience in handling a wide variety of workers’ compensation claims, including occupational diseases, 9/11 World Trade Center Article 8-A claims, and claims involving third party actions.
Prior to focusing his practice in workers’ compensation, Mr. Rosen worked with private foundations to maximize their charitable potential while remaining in compliance with complex U.S. tax rules and regulations.
Brian was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2013 and New York in 2014, and is a Member of the New York State Bar Association.
